To spread the methodology of Service Design across all departments of this multinational corporation, the ground-breaking innovation department developed a 4-phased process, formerly explained in a powerpoint slideshow: we suggested building a self-explanatory video with a new graphic concept, text script, sound effects and animation styles instead!
The phenomenal folks at l’Atelier HQ office developed a 4-phased Service Design programme to bring a new innovation mindset, tools and processes to rethink the way R&D is being done in this banking industry giant. With their iterative and interdisciplinary approach combining Business Design, Service Design and Lean Startup practices, employees of different departments are accelerated from their initial idea to working Proof Of Concept of the Minimum Viable Solution of their Business/ Service idea. The 3-minute English video was released in Fall 2015 and has been serving as the introduction to the Service Design approach across departments (Securities Services, International Retail Banking, Personal Savings, SME, Insurance, etc.) ever since.
