depending on chronicity
to select MVP features
Cluster insights from qualitative pre-survey with 25+ patients testing the first working beta of the app that aims to solve chronic back pain with physiological and mental exercices, then run a codesign workshop with the founders and lead users to find out about their patient journey & UX needs
We were asked to structure and facilitate a quick 1-day service design patient workshop by the founders of KAIA Health, the Munich-based mHealth company (winners of startup nights and famed for selling their successful previous startup the previous year) that aims to reduce a chronic illness affecting large portions of our society. Our approach consisted of:
Identification of patient painpoints in their use of the current working demo, evaluation of company values along the patient journey and list of features to be implemented in the MVP of the new app
