Retail Journeys across clicks + bricks
After our DIY retail project some time ago, we’re excited to kick-off an FMCG retail case where we’ll be mapping all Customer Journeys across channels (clicks + bricks), do qualitative research to identify user need segments, cocreate new digital solutions, prototype them, evaluate their business potentail and present a digital roadmap for the next 2 years.
The scorching Belgian summer heat and the windowless logistics headquarters won’t stop us from spending our days mapping, researching, prototyping and interviewing until we built a robust vision. Where there’s iced coffee, there is a way!
